A lead director of the Centre for Democratic Change has said that the Government should consider Modular Refineries as a strategy for reducing the country’s expenditure on subsidy which is no longer sustainable and may cause a collapse of the economy.
He also said that Dangote Refinery should also come on stream to reduce the amount spent on subsidy.
Mr. Onyekpere spoke on Channels Television program, newsnight with Ladi Akeredolu-Ale moderating.
He also said that the difference in the money which the Auditor General reports and what Agencies of Government return to the Government covers should be harmonized.
