Labour Party’s Peter Obi will win the 2023 presidential election if the polls were to be conducted this month, according an opinion conducted by NOI Polls.
Our correspondent gathered that the poll was organised by ANAP Foundation.
The result shows that Peter Obi is being trailed by Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). New Nigeria People’s Party’s Rabiu Kwankwaso (NNPP) is the fourth.
According to the release by ANAP foundation, “The results showed a significant lead for Mr Peter Obi with 21% of voters proposing to vote for him if the presidential election were to be conducted today; and 13% each proposing to vote for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Alhaji Atiku Abubakar who are both tied in second place.
“Dr Rabiu Kwankwaso was a distant fourth with 3% of voters proposing to vote for him.”
