The deposed Baale of Shangisha in Magodo area of Lagos, Mutiu Ogundare, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Justice Hakeem Oshodi of Ikeja High Court found him guilty of breach of peace and self-kidnapping.
His brother, Opeyemi Mohammed, was also found culpable in the same offences. He earned the same jail term.
The traditional ruler’s wife, Abolanle, who also faced court charges, was not found guilty.
