Records released by Chicago State University, CSU, in compliance with the order of Judge Nancy Maldonado of the
Northern District Court of Illinois reveals that Nigeria’s president Ahmed Bola Tinubu is a female and not a male.
Another amazing aspect of the records is that Bola Tinubu attended Government College, Lagos, and graduated in 1970. Fact-checks however show that Government College, Lagos, started in 1974, implying it wouldn’t have issued Tinubu’s certificate in 1970.
Former vice-president Atiku Abubakar and presidential candidate of the People Democratic Party had sought the release of the documents to enable his proof that Tinubu paraded a forged degree to qualify to contest Nigeria’s presidential election of 2023.
Tinubu is of the All Progressives Congress. His victory, as declared by Nigeria’s Independent National Electoral Commission, is being challenged by Atiku and Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi.
