One Dies; Pistol, Laptop Recovered In Nasarawa Auto-Crash

One man died in an auto-crash which occurred at Garaku axis by Maran Gate/Sabo Gida in Nasarawa State, according to the Federal Road Safety Commission.
The incident also injured five others who sustained varying degrees of injuries.
The accident involved a Toyota Camry with registration number KJA 201AC VEH. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Daniel Agbo, FRSC said on Friday.
The unit commander, FRSC, Garaku, ACC NE Obande, said the operatives of the commission responded swiftly when they got the distress call.
Obande said that the items recovered from the accident scene included three handsets, one laptop, a bag containing a police ID card belonging to CPL Daniel Agbo, and one pistol.
He said, “The injured victims were taken to hospital for medical attention while the dead victim was deposited at a mortuary in Garaku.
“The recovered pistol was handed over to the police for safe keeping and necessary action. Other items recovered were handed over to the duty room staff for safe keeping.”
