The former chief justice of Nigeria (CJN), Tanko Mohammed, resigned last night giving ill health as his reason.
He is replaced by Hon Justice Olukayode Ariwoola.
Ariwoola was elevated to the apex court in 2011. He hails from Oyo State and is 63 years old.
