Breaking: Enugu State Customary Court of Appeal Headquarters Commissioned

The Headquarters of the Customary Court of Appeal, Enugu State has just been Commissioned.

The edifice is located beside the Enugu State House of Assembly and stands imposingly opposite the famous Michael Okpara Square.

The edifice is named after an erudite Legal Luminary and a Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Dr. Chima Centus Nweze, JSC, FCIArb.

In his address christened ‘Appreciatory verses’ the President Customary Court of Appeal, Enugu State Hon. Justice George Chibueze Nnamani, FCIArb expressed his joy at the ground breaking event.

He thanked the Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for making the project possible.

The State Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, Engr (Sir) Greg Nnaji, FNSE FNICE in his speech gave a history of the initiation and construction of the edifice which passed through due process.

In his own address, the Enugu State Governor explained the need for the building. He thereafter cut the Tape and Unveiled the Plaque and the name of the Court Complex accompanied by Hon Justice CC Nweze, JSC and dignitaries at the occasion.
