#PEPTJudgement: Obi’s Evidence On INEC Portal Glitch Dismissed

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, Wednesday, dismissed the evidence tendered by Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi, regarding a technical glitch observed on INEC Results Viewing portal on the election day.

The panel held that the evidence was inadmissible because Mr Obi’s web engineer, Mpeh Ogar, was an interested party.

The judges held that Ms Ogar was an interested party in the petition, having vied for an elective office at the polls on the platform of the Labour.
