Senator Monday Okpebholo has been declared the winner of the Edo State All Progressives Congress governorship primary election.
Okpebholo, aka Akpakomiza, represents Edo Central in the Senate.
He was declared winner by the chairman of the APC State Electoral Committee and governor of Cross River State, Prince Bassey Otu.
Okpebholo scored 12,432 votes to emerge the winner of the primary election.
