Labour Party’s Peter Obi has won the presidential election in Lagos State.
The former Anambra governor won in nine local government areas of the state while Bola Tinubu held sway in eleven. But the aggregation of the entire votes puts Obi ahead.
The result showed that Obi polled 582,354 votes, Tinubu 572,606 and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party got 75,750 votes.
